Pre-Order Policy

What is a pre-order?

Pre-orders are advance purchases made on new products that is scheduled to be shipped at a future date. They are a great way to guarantee that an item will not be sold out upon arrival to our store. Once you run checkout it is important to verify if the product is in pre-order or not. Do note, pre-orders require payment to be made at checkout. Delivery times may vary for pre-orders.

What are the advantages of buying a pre-order item?

The advantage of buying an item in pre-order is that you can guarantee the item you want without risking that it runs out as soon as it is available in our warehouse. Requests for certain items can be multiple. For this reason, their availability can run out even before they are physically available in stock.

How long will it take to ship out my pre-order?

We endeavour to provide a release date on every pre-order product we list on our website. However, waiting times vary from article to article. Usually, the estimated waiting time is of 25 working days from the date of publication of the item. Once that the item is available in our warehouse, your order will be dispatched within two days.

Please note that all ETAs are provided as an estimate as further delays can occur from time to time due to circumstances beyond AbsolutMen’s control including (but not limited to), manufacturer shipping delays, supplier shortages or manufacturing issues. Do also take note that during the current Covid-19 pandemic, there is a global shipping delay.

In the event of a delay, we will update the listing to reflect the new date of arrival and will endeavour to notify all customers affected as soon as possible.

Please keep in mind that if you placed an order containing a pre order item, the entire order will be on hold and dispatched at once.

Can I combine in stock and pre-order items?

Absolutely yes! You can:

  • Create two distinct orders: one including items available in stock and the other including items in pre-order. The one including available items will be dispatched in accordance with our shipping policy.
  • Place a combined order and wait for the items in pre-order to arrive. In this case, the whole order will be hold and dispatched entirely.

If you would like to split your combined order to receive stocked products immediately, please get in contact with Customer Care as soon as possible. Please note that as we will be splitting the original order into two separate orders, orders split for dispatch will incur an additional shipping charge on the applicable order generated for pre-order products.

Can I cancel a pre-order item?

Yes, you can, just keep in mind that pre-orders may be cancelled within two hours from the purchase. From that moment on it will not be possible. If you have changed your mind about the product purchased in pre-order within 2 hours, you can cancel the item from your order by contacting our Customer Care team. Do refer to our Refund Policy for more details. 

Furthermore, if the 25 working days have been exceeded it is possible to request the cancellation of the pre-order item.

Please note, once you place a pre-order with us, it means that you are willing to accept the terms & conditions stated in our Pre-Order Policy.
